Bhai Ghannaiya Award

Bhai Ghannaiya Award Rs.20,000/-

This award is given in the memory of legendry historical figure Bhai Ghannaiya ( 1648 – 1717 AD) contemporary of Guru Govind Singh, who was pioneer crusader to provide health and humanitarian services to the injured soldiers on the battle field during battles between Sikhs & Mughals. Injured soldiers were treated by him regardless of the camp they belonged to.

This award is given to the institution or individual(s) serving the community by providing the self less services without any discrimination, regardless of caste-n-creed. It carries cash award of Rs.20,000/- with memento and certificate of achievements.
